- 1 1/2 cups almond milk
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 Tbsp smooth or chunky organic natural peanut butter (no fillers)
- 1 Tbsp cacao
- 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tsp. maca
- 1 tsp. reishi mushroom powder
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- Add milk, banana, and peanut butter to high speed blender. Blend on high speed until blended, then add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
- If desired, add an additional scoop of your favorite plant based protein such as Plant Fusion, which is organic and fermented. It will add an additional 21 grams of protein with a complete amino acid profile. It will also add an additional 120 calories which still fits within the calorie intake for a maintenance.
