Ingredients
  1. 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  2. 1/2 frozen banana
  3. 1 Tbsp smooth or chunky organic natural peanut butter (no fillers)
  4. 1 Tbsp cacao
  5. 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
  6. 1 tsp. maca
  7. 1 tsp. reishi mushroom powder
  8. 1 Tbsp chia seeds
Instructions
  1. Add milk, banana, and peanut butter to high speed blender. Blend on high speed until blended, then add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
Notes
  1. If desired, add an additional scoop of your favorite plant based protein such as Plant Fusion, which is organic and fermented. It will add an additional 21 grams of protein with a complete amino acid profile. It will also add an additional 120 calories which still fits within the calorie intake for a maintenance.
