Today is World Alzheimer’s Day! It’s a day on which Alzheimer’s organizations around the world concentrate their efforts on raising awareness about Alzheimer’s and dementia. Making It Through The Stressful Times

This last year was full of bumps in the road.  These weren’t little bitty bumps – they were major and it was a focus on keeping healthy through good food and a lot of self care that got me through it all!
