It’s Detox Day 3 (and my zipper slid up without having to take a deep breath) Oh holy cow! Whipped this to die for smoothie up this morning and it just may be my new favorite! I just have to share the recipe with YOU!
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 medium fresh banana
- 1 pkt acai frozen puree
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Cacao (not cocoa!)
- 1 Tbsp cacao nibs
- 1 Medjool date (pitted)
- Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth.
- Optional: add favorite plant based protein + extra 1/2 tsp vanilla.
- Prep Notes: Acai berry puree is available in the freezer case at Whole Foods, health food stores and progressive supermarkets
