Can you summarize the involvement that will be required of me in this 6-week program?

The FOHE Program contains six (6) modules that will be delivered over 6 consecutive weeks beginning on February 18 via a free eLearning  platform called Ruzuku.  You will receive registration information to access to your Ruzuku classroom at registration.

What are the live webinar “class” dates?

A  live, interactive webinar “class”  will be held on Tuesday evenings at 5:00 p.m. Pacific, commencing on February 19 via Zoom!  You will receive an invitation to log in to Zoom.US via email. 

Be sure to mark your calendar for these Tuesdays at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time:

February 19 and 26

March 5, 12, 19, and 26

What is Ruzuku?

Ruzuku is an online, highly interactive classroom/eLearning platform.  You will receive your course materials, handouts, “Take Action” activities, and other materials via Ruzuku.  It is here where you can ask questions, respond to module questions, become involved in discussions, and seek support when you need it.  You’ll have your own unique login and password and will set up your own profile.  And, it’s free!

Is there additional reading and/or homework?

The FOHE program provides an abundance of materials.

This is a self-paced program, so the extra educational tools you’ll receive can be accessed on your own schedule.  Each module  has  handouts, discussion questions, and “Take Action” activities to help meet the objectives of the module and support you as you move forward toward your personal goals.

We suggest you block a couple hours a week to read, do the activities, participate in discussions, and apply what you’ve learned.

Bonus Handouts and Activities are also included, which you may utilize during your program or save for future use.

Does the FOHE program provide a diet or recommended meal plans to follow?

No. FOHE is not a prescribed diet. Rather, it is about helping participants cultivate a mindful way of eating, a whole foods FOCUS and approach to nutrition, and a fostering of lifestyle changes that support enhanced health, well-being, and abundant living. You will, however, learn how to plan simple, healthy menus and will be provided sample menu plans using some of the recipes in the FOHE Recipe eBook to get you going. 

What benefits can I expect from participating in the FOHE program?

As with any healthy eating or wellness program, results will vary per individual and will be largely dependent on the participant’s active involvement, commitment, and completion of program activities.  Again, this program is not a diet and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or heal any disease or illness. Nor, are medical or nutritional assessments/recommendations included. If you have a health condition or questions regarding your health, please seek medical advice from your professional, licensed healthcare practitioner.

That being said, your program facilitators are committed, within the scope of this program, to helping you:

  • Learn how to exchange fast food or processed foods for whole foods
  • Reduce food anxieties and develop a healthy relationship with the food you eat
  • Develop strategies to manage stress or emotional eating

  • Cultivate mindful eating and healthy weight management strategies for LIFE!
Is there a money back guarantee?

If you wish to cancel your registration prior to the beginning of the program start date on Monday, February 18, contact your facilitator to request a refund. Your registration fee will be fully refunded, less a processing fee of $15.

Once the program commences on February 18, we have a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied with or do not find value with the FOHE program after the first week, your registration fee may be applied to the cost of any of future programs offered by KatMaeda.com, less a $75 administrative fee and any coaching time used if you purchased the Focus on Healthy Eating + Coaching option.
