Ingredients

  2. 1/2 cup coconut milk
  3. 1-2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  4. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon or use a cinnamon stick
  5. 1 teaspoon turmeric
  6. 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  7. pinch ground or freshly crushed cardamom seeds
  8. pinch ground black pepper
  9. 1/2 to 1 tablespoon raw honey
Instructions
  1. Pour milk in small saucepan
  2. Add spices
  3. Heat stirring to blend until milk is hot.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in honey.
