Ingredients
  1. 2 small Fuji or Granny Smith apples, cored and cut in 8ths
  2. 3 tablespoons Craisins (can also use dried cranberries, or 2 medjool dates)
  3. 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes or shreds
  4. 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  5. 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
  6. 2 tablespoons walnuts
  7. 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  8. zest of one small lemon (can also use orange)
  9. 1/4 cup almond milk, hemp milk, or lite coconut milk
  10. 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Pulse all ingredients in food processor until mixture resembles mueseli
  2. Spoon into two bowls
  3. Add toppings as desired
Toppings
  1. Pour a small amount of almond milk around sides of bowl
  2. Top with additional teaspoon of coconut flakes and a teaspoon of Craisins to garnish
