Ingredients
  1. 1 -2 cups boiling water
  2. ¼ cup light coconut milk (may substitute almond milk, if desired)
  3. 1-2 tablespoons cacao powder
  4. 1 teaspoon chaga
  5. 1 teaspoon reishi powder
  6. 1 teaspoon mesquite
  7. 1/2 teaspoon maca
  8. ¼ teaspoon ashwagandha (or 1 dropper liquid ashwaganda)
  9. 1 tablespoon ghee or coconut oil
  10. ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
  11. ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  12. Pinch cayenne - optional
  13. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  14. 1-2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
Instructions
  1. Boil water
  2. While water is boiling, measure and add remaining ingredients to a glass pitcher and whisk briskly to blend.
  3. While stirring add in boiling water, stirring well with whisk.
  4. Pour into a cup and drizzle a teaspoonful of coconut milk on the top of drink and swirl.
  5. Enjoy!
Notes
  1. Makes 1-2 servings. If you'd like a thicker latte, use just one cup water and make recipe as a single serving.
