Ingredients
  1. 1 cup water
  2. 10 ounces coconut water
  3. 1 papaya, flesh and seeds
  4. Juice of one lemon
  5. 1 green apple, cut in chunks
  6. 1 medium size frozen banana, in chunks
  7. 1/4 bunch parsley
  8. 1/2 head Romaine lettuce, torn into large pieces
  9. 1 tsp. Spirulina
Instructions
  1. Thoroughly wash produce. Pour lemon juice, water and coconut water into Vitamix or other high speed blender. Add torn lettuce, parsley, apple and banana chunks. Cut papaya in half and with a spoon, scoop papaya and seeds into blender.
  2. Turn on blender, gradually turning to high. Blend one minute or so until sees are completely broken down.
Notes
  1. Be sure to scrape as much pulp from the papaya peel as possible as that's where the papain enzyme is most concentrated!
