Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon ground flax
- 1 cup spinach (or kale, center stem removed)
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in high speed blender; blend on high about 30 -45 seconds until smooth.
Notes
- Can substitute light coconut milk, rice milk, or hemp milk for almond milk.
- If desired, add 1 scoop plant based protein powder to pump up the protein.
