Ingredients
  1. 1 cup almond milk
  2. 1 banana
  3. 1 tablespoon ground flax
  4. 1 cup spinach (or kale, center stem removed)
  5. 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  6. 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  7. 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in high speed blender; blend on high about 30 -45 seconds until smooth.
Notes
  1. Can substitute light coconut milk, rice milk, or hemp milk for almond milk.
  2. If desired, add 1 scoop plant based protein powder to pump up the protein.
