Ingredients
  1. 1 cup almond milk
  2. 1/2 cup coconut water
  3. 1/2 banana
  4. 1 tablespoons organic, natural peanut butter (can also use almond butter)
  5. 1 teaspoons vanilla
  6. 1 tablespoons hemp seeds
  7. 1 tablespoons lucuma powder
  8. 2 tablespoons raw cacao
  9. 1/2 teaspoons maca (optional)
  10. 1 tablespoons reishi mushroom powder (optional)
Instructions
  1. Add ingredients with the blender on low, feeding them through the opening in the lid, to ensure there are no clumps on the sides of the blender
  2. Pour into tall glasses
  3. Enjoy!
Notes
  1. To raise the level of protein, add one scoop Plant Fusion chocolate 100 % GMO-free organic, fermented plant-based, complete amino acid profile, protein powder (available at Whole Foods). This will add an additional 20 grams of protein and 130 calories.
